A schematic design does not provide full interior and exterior dimensions and specification notes.
(The Schematic Design Package is recommended for the homebuilder that would like to design their home, as they go along
and if you have a contractor that you can trust to build from general construction knowledge).

Working Drawing Package can be approved
for a building permit.
Each drawing in this package includes full dimensions and notes needed for construction.
(The
Working Drawing Package is recommended for most homebuilders
as it is a very thorough package and includes most needed
items for construction).
CONSTRUCTION PACKAGE
Specification Packet
Construction Administration
(This entitles one visit to the construction site during construction. This also includes any assistance needed
by the contractor or sub-contractors during the construction process).
MODEL PACKAGE
3D Model
(This is a model made from your choice of mat board or balsa wood.
The details of the model will have to be discussed
throughout the design process).
The Model Package is strictly for presentation only. This is not needed for construction.
(The Model Package is recommended for home builders that would
like a visual presentation to keep in their home
to present to family and friends).
3D PRESENTATION PACKAGE
Virtual Tour (This is a virtual reality
tour of your home made to your specifics needs.)
(The 3D Presentation Package is recommended for the home builder
that needs a more visual approach in designing the interior design of their home).

*Prices vary with each client due to the square footage
of the design and the specific needs for each client*
